2. SERVICES OFFERED

Dream Compass (OPC) Private Limited provides travel-related services including but not limited to:

• Domestic and international tour packages

• Hotel bookings

• Flight bookings

• Visa assistance

• Travel insurance

• Transportation arrangements

All services are subject to availability and third-party provider terms.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency, fuel charges, taxes, or supplier costs.

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment.

Booking Policy:

• Full payment must be made for all flight tickets at the time of booking.

• For land packages:

  • 25% advance payment at the time of confirmation.

  • Remaining balance must be paid 20 days prior to the travel date.

• Payment must be made strictly according to the deadlines shared at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and refunds (if any) will be processed strictly as per the applicable refund policy.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

Flight Cancellation:

• Airline cancellation charges depend entirely on the respective airline policy and will be shared separately at the time of booking.

Land Package Cancellation Policy:

• Before 30 days of travel: 50% of total land cost will be charged.

• Between 29 to 20 days before travel: 70% of total land cost will be charged.

• Within 19 days of travel: 100% non-refundable.

• Refund timelines may vary (typically 15–40 working days).

• Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds.

5. CHANGES & AMENDMENTS

• Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and additional charges.

• The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues.

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

• The customer is responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.

• The Company is not responsible for any delays or denials due to improper documentation.

Visa Disclaimer:

• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

• Dream Compass (OPC) Private Limited only assists in documentation and application submission.

• We do not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.

• Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.

• Any rejection, delay, or additional documentation requirement is beyond our control.

• The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from visa rejection, including cancellation of bookings or financial losses.

• Customers are advised to apply for visas well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• Dream Compass acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers.

• We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Loss of baggage or personal belongings

  • Injury, accident, or death during travel

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate personal and travel information.

• Comply with all local laws and regulations of destination countries.

• Behave respectfully during travel.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website including text, images, logos, and graphics are the property of Dream Compass and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data.
